Once: Life is about happiness. If you aren’t happy, then what’s the point of living at all? There’s more to life than just suffering and working hard. Sarcastically say to yourself that life is hard, and then you die. Then get up and do that thing that you’ve been putting off doing. Go get life by the horns, you only have one life to live, so live it to the fullest. If you don’t like the situation you’re in, change it. If you don’t like the people you’re around, change them.
Twice: This life is a small fraction of the infinite hereafter that God has promised you. This life is a training ground, a testing field, bootcamp. This life is transient and unreal, the real life is still to be lived and you’ll either be in God’s arms, or in eternal damnation. Be kind, even if you don’t want to be, you never know who’s watching and when you’ll be called to answer for your actions. Be true even if theres no point you can see now, there is a point that far supersedes any that you can imagine. The suffering you go through now will be paid with bliss later. The bliss you experience now might end up causing eternal suffering later. Be wary and always be vigilant of where you are and what you are doing.
Over and over again: Each life is a fresh experience, ever putting you closer and closer to eternal bliss. Enjoy every single moment of this life, the next one will be new and will have joys and sufferings of its own. Reality is an endless stream of conscieneeness where you can’t tell where you end and that other person begins. Wherever and whenever you are, you are at the right place. Nothing ever lasts so learn to enjoy every moment. Suffering and Happiness don’t really exist, it’s just all a frame inside your mind.
